Customer Service Representative
The interview process went well. The supervisor(s) were really professional and friendly. They made the interview process feel relaxed and not intense, which helped me feel comfortable when answering questions. They gave me all the important information about the position and what's expected. They also told me about some of the company's benefits and perks for employees. Overall, it was a positive interview from beginning to end.
- Describe a challenging situation you faced at work and how you handled it, including the outcome.
Customer Service Representative
I got an invite to set up a virtual interview which was pretty straightforward. My end had a small glitch so we ended up doing it over the phone, but I could still see the interviewer. She was super nice and really patient while asking questions and listening to my answers. The two associates I chatted with were also really pleasant and easy to talk to. I feel like I'd really like working here.
- Can you work on weekends and holidays?
Customer Service Representative
The first interview went great. I got congratulations, my pay rate, start date, filled out tax forms and signed agreements. Then they did a background check. I have a minor misdemeanor from years ago, non-violent. They then sent me a letter saying they won't proceed with me. Why give false hope just to deny me? It was a difficult and devastating process.
- What about your experience and availability?
