Associate
The interview process was going great and I really connected with the principal and associate in the final interview. However, the interviewers never joined the call and 20 minutes later, I got an email saying the process was cancelled. This is how they decided to reject me after all the interviews and calls.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Summer Associate
The interview was pretty straightforward, covering how I'd handle investment decisions, specifically LP investments, and what excites me about venture capital. They also wanted to see how I'd pitch an LP to a partner.
- How do you evaluate General Partners (GPs) and their potential for an investment?
- Describe your process for deciding on Limited Partner (LP) investments.
- What aspects of Venture Capital (VC) are you most enthusiastic about?
Senior Associate
So basically there were several steps to see if I could do the job and if I'd fit in. It started with a call or video chat, mostly asking about my past experiences and personality. Then there were some one-on-one chats with people on the team, and also some technical tests and case studies to see how I handle problems and think.
- Can you explain how to calculate IRR when you're given the exit multiple on invested capital and the time period?
