First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stensul.
Sales Development Representative
The interview process at Stensul was super smooth and a big reason I picked them. The hiring manager and recruiter were really responsive and clear about everything. I let them know I was in a few other processes and didn't want to mess up their standard timeline. It was great to actually talk to someone currently in the SDR role, which really helped me decide. By the second week, I had two offers, and Stensul worked hard to get me a verbal offer by Friday. They also set up a meeting with HR to answer any other questions. The only small snag was the reference checks; I'd already asked my last two managers, and getting the most recent ones on the phone was tough. Maybe an email form for managers would help in a crunch? But they were flexible and managed to set up calls with the three references I provided last minute.
- What makes you want to be a Sales Development Representative?
Sales Development Representative
The hiring process at Stensul is pretty thorough and has 5 different interviews. First, you meet with the hiring manager. Second, you meet with an AE team member. Third, you meet with the SVP of marketing. Fourth, you meet with the head of people. Lastly, you interview with the SDR manager about a written prompt email you'd send to a client. After that, they'll check your references and do a background check. You can see this process as a good thing because they are really meticulous about who they add to the team. Hope this helps!
