The process was good overall, warm and professional. I passed all interviews. In the final interview, after I did the technical part and they told me they liked my profile a lot, they just stopped communicating. I started emailing them for an update because I had other processes and needed an answer. They never responded, I even contacted the leaders directly since they handle these positions. They didn't respond to emails, LinkedIn, or anything. So, I ended up passing all interviews, but they never spoke to me again. It feels like the process was never finalized.

The interview process at Stensul was great and had three parts: an interview, a case study, and a reference check. The hiring manager made the interview feel like a casual chat instead of a stressful test. After that, I got a case study with some scenarios to solve. Then, they contacted my previous employer for a background check, which shows they are careful about who they hire. They were really respectful of my time and gave me an offer in about two weeks. This shows their dedication to high standards and a good candidate experience.

The interview process at Stensul was super smooth and a big reason I picked them. The hiring manager and recruiter were really responsive and clear about everything. I let them know I was in a few other processes and didn't want to mess up their standard timeline. It was great to actually talk to someone currently in the SDR role, which really helped me decide. By the second week, I had two offers, and Stensul worked hard to get me a verbal offer by Friday. They also set up a meeting with HR to answer any other questions. The only small snag was the reference checks; I'd already asked my last two managers, and getting the most recent ones on the phone was tough. Maybe an email form for managers would help in a crunch? But they were flexible and managed to set up calls with the three references I provided last minute.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I was asked to come in person, which I thought was unnecessary since the interviewer also expected it to be virtual. My main issue is the lack of communication. I didn't hear back and only received an auto-rejection after I followed up. It had been days since the hiring manager spoke with my reference, and there was complete silence. After I emailed the recruiter, I got an auto-rejection within minutes. I'm not sure if I would have heard back at all if I hadn't followed up. It also leaves a bad impression to send an auto-rejection after going through a final round and reference check. Other companies at least have the decency to call or send a personalized note, not from a no-reply email. There are many negative reviews about unprofessionalism across departments. Stensul, do better.
