It was a simple interview process, and decisions could have been made faster. It could have been organized better, and the recruitment process could be improved. The interview was straightforward, but I'm not entirely sure what they were looking for. Things could have been made clearer.

The Zonal head conducted the interview. I was asked to introduce myself and my background, which covered my education, family, and work experience with prior companies. I also had to explain my job roles at those previous companies.
