Behavioral Case Presentation

HR reached out about the role, but on our initial call, she seemed to forget she had contacted me and asked why I applied, even though I hadn't applied yet. After that, I had a few interview rounds with directors. They appeared very uninterested, and people kept joining the Zoom call mid-conversation, even during the case study. This was really distracting and added to an already uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite the company's claims of diversity, everyone I interviewed with was a white woman.

Behavioral Presentation Case

First, I had a call with a recruiter to go over the job description and my responsibilities. Then, I was given a take-home assignment where I had to analyze a dataset. After that, I had a behavioral interview and a mock presentation about the take-home assignment with one person. Finally, I had a case study interview with one person.

Behavioral

It was pretty simple and straightforward. I first spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally a more senior leader. I wasn't given any specific assignments or tasks to complete. The recruiter call was pretty standard, asking about general fit and salary expectations. Then, the hiring manager and senior leader asked more questions specific to the role.
