I applied on their website, and an HR person called me the next evening to schedule an interview. When I got there a bit early, I saw that most of the sales staff didn't look too happy, probably because the store was so messy. The jewelry counter was piled high with displays, so I was really surprised the person working there could even tell me where to go. It was good she did, because nobody else seemed to want to help me. The interview itself had standard questions about my past jobs. It was all pretty normal. The interviewer told me the job I applied for wasn't available anymore. I guess she saw I was a bit bummed, but I got a sales associate job offer five days later.

After completing the online application for a new store in my area, I was called in for an in-person interview at the store. The interviewer was late, and I was waiting outside because the store wasn't open yet. The interview was pretty informal, held in chairs in a store that was still being built. It felt pretty neutral. I was told I'd hear back in a few days. I called a week later and was told to call back in a few days. I did, and was again told to call back in a few days. I ended up moving on after that.

After applying online, I received a call within a week. My first interview was with the assistant manager. They were really nice and asked standard questions like 'tell me about yourself' and about my past work experiences. After that, they described the store, the job, and the pay, and asked if I was still interested. I said yes, and they mentioned I'd hear back in a few days because there were other candidates. I got the job offer on the day they said I would.
