HR found my resume on Naukri.com and set up a technical phone interview. The interview was supposed to start at a certain time, but it got delayed by 2.5 hours. I had to call them twice before it began. The first interview, lasting 25 minutes, covered topics like Garbage Collection, Polymorphism, Abstract classes vs. Interfaces, and basic Thread questions, plus a logic question. The interviewer mentioned HR would follow up. Two days later, I had a face-to-face round. This interview included a train puzzle, more on Garbage Collection, how to create a custom serializable class, a discussion about my project, and why I'm looking to leave my current job. The interviewer then described the role and the company again, and said HR would contact me. Another two days passed, and I was informed I got selected. Finally, I had the HR round for negotiation, where I bargained a bit before accepting the offer.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I applied and heard back from the recruiter within a week for some initial questions. Then, another week later, I was invited for an on-site interview. This consisted of three managers. The first two were hiring managers, with one focusing on behavioral questions and the other on technical ones. Following that, the head of the department interviewed me with some straightforward questions about my background. The process didn't go any further than that.
