I had a really good time during the interview process. I spoke with people from Steelcase 4 times. I met the intern program director, some people who were interns before, and managers and directors in supply chain. Even though I didn't get the internship, I enjoyed talking to everyone and the feedback they provided.

I got the interview through on-campus recruiting and had it the day after. The interview questions weren't hard and the stress level was low. I think the recruiters were looking for personalities and related experience.

I applied in october 2009 and got a call for a interview first week of December. Had 2 interviews. First one was basic interview question(going over the resume). At the end of first interview I was asked few out of the box questions. one was "what is the dimensions of the room?". After the first interview waited 1 1/2 week and called back and two days later got a email for a second interview.
