Marketing
I applied online and a recruiter got back to me after a few weeks. The recruiter call went really well and they seemed super interested. I was feeling good, but after talking to two people (which I thought went great), I got a generic rejection email from HR. It was confusing because they kept reposting the job, making me wonder if it was legit or if they were having trouble finding someone.
- What marketing software and platforms do you know?
Marketing
The interview process is online with two interviewers. Usually, the HR will send an invitation through Gmail. You log in to the Microsoft Teams site, and the interview begins with questions and answers, as well as discussing your qualifications and interests. In all aspects, it is very engaging, though the questions are very detailed to know more about your personality.
- What are your career aspirations?
Marketing
It's a really long process (more than 3 interviews, psychometric tests, socioeconomic data, etc.). In my case, I received an email two weeks after my second interview stating that a decision hadn't been made yet, but I was still in the running. Over a month later, I was finally notified that I wasn't selected. During that month and a half, I tried to get in touch with the HR person handling my application, but they never responded.
