I had a terrible interview experience with this company and would not recommend applying here if you want a good career. The HR and management were inconsistent, and the hiring process lacked proper communication. I passed the initial HR round, but was then called for another interview that felt irrelevant. I felt I wasted my time and money.

So first there was like one online interview, then after that there were two in person interviews. Each of the in person interviews had like four people interviewing me at once. It was pretty intimidating being interviewed by four people at once, but they were great about it and gave me plenty of time to think on and answer questions. The first interview was more behavioral based. The second was more focused on degree and job specific questions.

The interview was typical STAR questions, with a big focus on lean manufacturing. The interviewer looked into my past companies but got stuck on one mention of welding on my resume. They seemed to think I was only a welder for the rest of the chat, even though I have other manufacturing internships and three years of mechanical engineering.
