Thorough but good interview process. Had 4 individual interviews: screening, call with manager, interview with distributor, and then a final call with manager and vp. The whole process took about 2 months, but the hiring manager communicated well throughout. It really gives a good insight into the role and expectations.

The process starts with a recruiter call where they ask basic STAR questions. After that, there's a mandatory IQ test through a third party, and the results are sent to some hiring managers. They take a really long time to get through the process for no clear reason. It's a bit odd that they require an IQ test in this day and age.

They ghosted me after the interview. The initial process was smooth and fast, with the HR person keeping in touch regularly, even after hours. I made it to the final three and went to their HQ in Grand Rapids for a 2-hour interview with 4 people, split into two groups. One interviewer was in person, and another called in from their Mexico office. I liked their process-based questions and the people I met. But since then, it's been dead silence from them for 5 weeks. Only one of my emails got a reply, saying a response would come on Monday (two weeks ago). I haven't heard anything about the hiring status or even that I didn't get the job. It's fine not to be chosen, but being ignored and getting no feedback at all is really unprofessional and unacceptable.
