It was a quick and direct process. My future coworkers were involved throughout. The technical questions focused on general knowledge of key concepts for the role, rather than deep dives into specific technical details of the company's data analysis tools and systems.

The process was pretty straightforward. I first had a quick recruiter call, then a phone interview, followed by meeting with three hiring managers. The whole thing took about an hour and was mostly about personality-based questions. I wasn't a huge fan of interviewing with three people at once. Neither me nor the recruiter got any feedback after.

It began with a really nice phone chat with HR, then I had to do the Watson Glaser assessment. After that was done, I went in for an in-person interview with some team members and supervisors. It was a pretty standard interview with questions typical for this kind of job. I waited about a week after the interview to find out they hired someone else. It seems like this role has a pretty high turnover rate because I've seen it posted on LinkedIn a few times this past year, and they were actually looking to fill more than one position this time.
