The hiring process started with a 3-hour written test in March. It was split into two parts: 1.5 hours for technical subjects (100 questions, 1 mark each) and 1.5 hours for non-technical subjects, covering English, General Studies (GK+Current Affairs), Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning (25 questions per section). There was a 1/4th negative marking. The results came out in May, after two months. Then, there was a Group Discussion and Interview in July. The final results were announced in September, another two months later. Medicals were in October, and the joining date was November. The interview itself covered technical knowledge, HR-related questions, and general awareness.
