I first spoke with the recruiter, and then I had a conversation with a senior electrical engineer. I felt like I answered the questions well, and they asked some good things. It was a pleasant chat with both the recruiter and the engineer. Unfortunately, I didn't hear back after that, even though I followed up a few times.

Behavioral Technical

It was a 3-round process with 2 people in each round. I felt really confident with my answers and the interviewer seemed impressed too. They asked me a lot of situational questions, like how I would handle teamwork on a project I was assigned, considering the time constraints. They also asked how I would manage a group composed of individuals with varying levels of knowledge and communication styles – some not very knowledgeable, and one knowledgeable but not always attentive – to ensure we could complete the task together.
