It was a really simple interview process. We met in person and they asked me some questions about what I'm looking for and how I work with others. We also talked about my past experiences or group work from school.

It was a straightforward interview. Having previous experience is beneficial. If you're open to working overnight shifts, you might get to manage things independently, which can be advantageous if you're self-reliant. It's generally a good place to start in the restaurant business.

The initial interviews were with recruiters, and the whole process took several weeks. I spoke with Susan Summers, whose interview style was unusual. She didn't clearly define the role or provide details on the number of local or franchised locations. It seemed she preferred not to be questioned and wanted to control the conversation. Her questions were very open-ended and lacked specific focus. She apparently rejected me for "lack of detail." The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes and lasted the full time via Zoom. When I followed up with the recruiter about the missing details, they claimed Susan provided none, which I found ironic. I then emailed Susan asking for feedback on what I missed so I could improve, but she never replied. I consider this unprofessional and she should provide honest feedback for improvement.
