The interview process started with an HR call to discuss my background and reasons for applying, and they also gave me info about the job and company. Then, I had a 1.5-hour video call with two Team Leaders where we talked about my background, how I tackle analysis tasks, and how I handle project management and conflicts. The next step was an in-person interview at their Hamburg office. This involved a presentation based on a case study I got 1.5 weeks before, and a coding test where I could use Excel, R, or Python. The task was pretty straightforward using Excel, but I had to do it live with my screen shared. Lastly, there was a 30-minute video call with another team leader, though I'm not sure if this counted as a formal round. Overall, the process felt pretty straightforward and transparent.
