Had a quick HR interview, then went on to 2 longer interviews with the team. The last interview involved a case study with two assignments: one in Excel and another as a presentation.

Applied online and had an initial HR screener asking about visa status, nationality, and motivation for applying. The salary offered (44,000€) was below my expectation but I proceeded. Next was a relaxed interview with a team lead. The final round involved preparing a presentation and completing an Excel test, which felt excessive for the offered pay. During the final round, I was asked the same questions as in the previous interviews, suggesting poor internal communication. I received an automated rejection email a week later, stating the position was filled, with no personalized feedback or human contact. This lack of appreciation for my time after three rounds, a presentation, and an Excel test was disappointing. My request for feedback was ignored.

The whole hiring process went super smoothly and fast, much faster than I thought it would. HR was really quick and made sure nothing got held up. From when I applied to getting the offer, it all happened really fast. I've never seen anything like it; usually, offers take at least a week, but I got one in just a few days. It felt really seamless and professional. They responded quickly and had a streamlined process, which made it stress-free and left a good impression. It's obvious they care about efficiency and don't want to waste anyone's time.
- How would you approach communication in an international setting?
