Behavioral Presentation

I originally applied through LinkedIn and then got an email for a phone interview. At the end of that call, I was asked to come in for an in person interview. During that interview, I was told I was better suited for a different role in the company, and within a few days, I received an email to meet with the decision maker, and was told it was for the other position she had suggested. When I went in for that interview, I realized it was actually for the original job and not the one the first interviewer recommended. By the end of this interview, I was told I was not a good fit for that role and needed to come in for a fourth interview for a different position. In addition to coming in again, I was told I needed to work on a project. Over the weekend, I never received a project to work on, and on Monday, at the end of the interview, I was told that I would get another email and needed to work on it. An hour later, I received a call saying I was getting offered a position and that I would receive an email in 20-30 minutes with the details. The next day, after not receiving any information, I emailed the company only to have someone I never met tell me they are waiting on the assignment. When I asked him, and the person I interviewed with, why I was offered a position already, and if I actually had the job, I was not given an answer. At this point, I still had not received any assignment. All in all, it was a lot of time I needed to put into the process only to be completely confused at the end. It seems like a fine company to work for, but all this confusion was not enough to make me want to work there.

It was a really straightforward process. First, I had a call with HR for an initial phone screen. Then, I went through two in-person interviews. The first was with the Operations Director, and the second was with the Office Managing Director. They didn't really make it clear what level they were considering me for. The offer included a base salary of $55,000 and unlimited commissions. Overall, the process was fine and the people were friendly, but I thought it was pretty unprofessional that they didn't give me a formal response about not extending an offer, they just stopped communicating.

Behavioral Presentation Case Other

The interview process started with a brief phone screen that lasted about 40 minutes, focusing on my background. The recruiter was impressed and introduced me to the CMO. This was followed by a "test day" where I pitched warm leads and set up over 10 demos. I also met one other person. After the test day, I followed up via email twice and eventually received a generic rejection, which was surprising given the success of the test day.

  • Pitch Statist to the CMO.
  • I had to take PTO from my current job..I meet with a young lady who gave me a stack of warm leads and quick pitch to look over. I sat there for 4 hours and dialed with the phone on speaker. I ended up setting up over 10 webinars/demos. I was polite and professional given I just know a bit about the company. She was a bit overwhelmed I cvan tell but mnade a lot of small talk with her again seemed like we connected.
  • Finally met another guy forget his name but one of the head of sales. Real nice guy and just talked for 5 minuntes. I aksed what is the timeline and he said don't worry we will reach out to you...
