It was a super chill and friendly chat with really nice people. The interview itself was quick but totally relaxed. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had. It all happened right there at the casino. They actually called me the day before to see if the next day would work for me. The whole vibe was laid-back, zero stress involved. Just a heads-up, dress smart because you might get interviewed right there in the gaming pit!

I arrived 15 minutes early. The interview was more of a "pre-screener" than a typical interview. The interviewer, who had a very dry personality and didn't make eye contact, just stared at her computer typing the whole time. She explained the process and then started asking questions. It felt like a generic interview for Station Casinos in general, not specific to the role. Usually, the department head is there to see if you're a good fit, but that wasn't the case here. I have 16 years of experience, and I've applied at several Station Casinos before without getting a call back.
