It was one online interview round with the team lead and 2 developers. The whole thing took about an hour. We started with self-introductions in English, then moved on to general questions, followed by technical questions, and finally some other discussions about things like benefits.

HR gave me a call and asked me to come in for an interview. After some back and forth on the phone, we finally scheduled it. Then, I met with the hiring manager and some of the staff one-on-one for about 2 hours. After that, I met with the hiring manager again along with some other staff members. Finally, I met with two Managing Directors. An offer was made. The company gave me a really good vibe overall. I get that operations isn't the most exciting department, so if you can snag a role in a more popular division, you should. The people there are smart and driven.

Super long and bad interview process. The TA team from India might contact you quickly, just to verify your CV details. Then interviews are set up in 2-3 rounds within weeks of that initial call. After a good interview, 4 months later, I got an email saying I wasn't selected. It's a ridiculous process, so don't bother if you're serious about changing jobs.
