- What motivates you to join State Street?
Financial Analyst
I had a really smooth interview process, and everyone I talked to, from the recruiter to the interviewers, communicated really well. I talked to the recruiter, then the hiring manager for the role, then their boss, and finally the head of a related team. The questions they asked were pretty specific to each interviewer.
- In your present job, how are you implementing process automation?
- Tell me about the biggest challenge you faced at your previous company.
- What did you learn from that biggest challenge at your previous company?
Financial Analyst
The whole process took about 1 month. It started with a recruiter call, then a round with the direct hiring manager, and finally a round with two department managers. The overall experience was fine, and the managers were open to sharing information. It seems more suitable for graduates as not much prior experience is required. HR was easy to access throughout the process.
- Can you tell us about your Excel skills?
- What are your database skills?
