Client Service Associate
The interview process was straightforward. The interviewers were nice, and usually, you're in charge once you join the company. It's not too difficult if you know your basics and have a strong foundation. There were no weird tests of morals.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Client Service Associate
Applied online and waited about 2 weeks for HR to call and schedule an interview. Had an HR interview that lasted about 20 minutes focusing on behavioral questions. Then, I had two interviews with team managers, each lasting about an hour. The questions were mostly behavioral.

The interview was informal and felt more like a conversation, which made me feel comfortable. I was interviewed by 3 people, and although it seemed intimidating at first, they were very friendly. Most of the questions were behavioral. I also got complimented on my outfit, so dress to impress.
