I interviewed with the Section Head and a Senior Manager for this contract role, and the whole thing was done in under 40 minutes. Looking back, the complete lack of personality from my interviewers should have been a red flag, but I guess this field doesn't really attract that type anyway. They asked me some pretty basic stuff about my experience, different asset types, and my knowledge of systems and vendors. I wasn't super optimistic, but they offered me the job that very same day. And yeah, I accepted.
