The interview took place in person and was a group interview with the whole team there. They were super friendly and interactive. They had some questions ready for me, and also set aside time for me to ask my questions. We had a good, informative, and interactive talk.

I applied online and after about 3 weeks, I heard back from two different offices in Tulsa. The first interview at the first office was with two supervisors. They gave me a paper with questions and took turns asking them. It was pretty chill and relaxed. They said it would take about 3 weeks to hear back, but they called me the next week for a second interview at the second office with four new supervisors. It took about two weeks after that, and after I emailed them to show I was still interested, they called to offer me the job! After the first interviews at both places, we had to do a small test about figuring out client income eligibility.

The person before me was late and offered a reschedule, but then I was told they don't reschedule. It was a 3-person panel with 2 women and 1 man. I was asked about my strengths and why I'd be good for the job. They mentioned over 100 applicants for a few spots. The women asked all the questions. I got a tour. I wasn't told how I did, but got a call offering the job a few days later.

Got an email about the interview, and it was set up for in-person within a week. It was a structured interview using some kind of points system. Then they said they'd make a decision within the week, but I didn't hear back about not getting the job for like 12 weeks.
