Intern
A panel of 3 current team members asked me a bunch of standard behavioral and background questions and wrote down my answers. They were really nice and answered all my questions thoroughly.
- Tell me about a time you collaborated with a team towards a shared objective.
Consultant Intern
You interview in front of a panel, usually with at least two supervisors. The questions aren’t difficult, but they want very specific answers. The whole process is lengthy; usually 2-3 months.
