I spoke with 3 employees who were all nice and funny. The vibe was pretty relaxed and they got along well. They did this 3-person thing so I wouldn't have to do a bunch of interviews and asked me stuff from a list. It took about an hour.

After taking a very easy online exam, the interview process was pretty straightforward. It mostly involved answering questions about how to deal with challenging individuals. Just make sure to remember your responses since the interviewers will be noting them down. Overall, it was a very simple process.

I interviewed with an HR rep and the manager. They were relaxed and explained things clearly. I had trouble recalling specific situations because it had been two years since I last worked in a similar role. They emphasized needing specific examples, not general ones. The main challenge was remembering multiple questions asked at once, requiring repeats. The process started with a 5-minute presentation on why I'm a good fit, which I felt went well despite running out of time. The long panel interview question really threw me off.

I had a phone chat with someone from the Treasurer's Office and we set up an interview for two weeks out. When I got to the office, I met with someone from the investments group. We talked about my background, why I was interested in the job, and what the main duties would be. It's an entry-level analyst gig where I'd be helping manage three of the Treasury's funds by assisting with their trading. The interview was mostly about my background and interest, with a few basic technical questions and some going over my resume. The interviewer was nice and explained the role and answered my questions.

  • Are you keeping up with financial markets?
