I applied online and heard back about a month after the posting closed. They invited me for an interview, which was a panel interview with 3 supervisors from different sections. They gave me 4 pages of questions and 10 minutes to look them over. Then, during the interview, they told me to go through the list and answer in any order I wanted. But, they didn't actually ask any of the questions from the paper. Mostly, they just listened to me talk about what I could offer, but they did ask some related questions here and there.

Got emailed 3 questions to answer first, then I was selected for an interview. After that, there was a "follow up discussion" with senior leaders. They sent the interview questions about 10 minutes before the interview started, which I wasn't expecting but was a nice surprise.
