The interviews were done remotely using a video tool where I had to record my responses. It seemed like there were six questions in total. They were all about my past work, no personality questions. I didn't move forward, but I only found out way later after the job was already filled.

It was a pretty thorough process, with multiple rounds involving people from different parts of the company. The questions they asked were spot on for the job, and they even had a practice exercise to check my skills. Things moved along pretty fast. The background check was really intense.

They emailed me and then asked me to send in a video of myself answering some questions. I didn't get an offer, and I'm just writing this to complain. I get that they probably do this to save time since so many people apply. But it's a really bad experience for applicants and it makes it seem like they treat people poorly even before hiring them, which is a red flag for how it might be to work there.
