Overall positive interview experience. The head recruiter with the company, was great to talk to. He explained the company and role really well. He was transparent and gave a great impression of the company.

I did a ride-along with the regional manager to see what the job really entailed. It was a chance for me to ask the manager questions, meet some clients, and learn about the products. We had to deal with a stormy day and a closed road because of it.

Behavioral Other

It's a long process for the pay. You start with an online application, then take a personality test. If you're a good fit, you'll have an in-person meeting with your district manager. You'll then shadow an account manager for a day to see what the job is really like (e.g., changing urinal mats). After that, you wait to see if a position opens up near you, which shouldn't take too long due to high turnover. They were not upfront with answers and I had many unanswered questions.
