The interview process involved two rounds. First, I spoke with someone who seemed unfamiliar with the role. The second round was with the team lead. Although the position was presented as entry-level, the questions felt more suited for an intermediate level. This was a newly created position within the company.

I had several interviews and assessments during the process. I interacted with various people from the company, which gave me a good feel for the team. It felt more demanding than other interview experiences I've had.

The interview process was long and consisted of multiple steps: -Phone screen with an internal recruiter -Personality assessment -Phone screen with hiring manager -Day in the field with hiring manager and a Territory Sales Manager -Phone screen with VP of Sales -Additional personality/cognitive ability assessment -Zoom interview with CEO. Overall, the process took around 6 weeks. The first assessment used was fairly standard, however the following assessment has been in use since the 1970s and is extremely dated.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied through Linkedin. The sales manager called me and I had a phone interview. Then I took a 2-hour online personality test. They called me back and scheduled a 1:1 interview with the sales manager. After that interview, I asked to move forward, and he said the next step was a field ride, so I met him and another account executive and spent the day in the field. It was great, I learned a lot about their products.
