Phone interview went really well. Met with the owner, an agent, and an office rep. There was hiring info and salary talk. Made it to the second round but was told I was overqualified.

Behavioral Other

Had a zoom call for the first interview, where they asked about my sales background and my license status. Then I went in for an in-person interview with more general questions. I also had to take a personality test.

Behavioral Presentation

After submitting your application online, you'll go through 1-2 interviews with an Agent and the team. These interviews will include a brief sales role-play where you'll have to handle objections. If that goes well, we'll move on to references and a background check. In some offices, there might also be a drug screen. An offer will be made, but it's contingent on you getting the necessary state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, and often Life & Health). We'll then support you with pre-licensing coursework and exams. Finally, you'll start onboarding, which involves training on products, systems, and compliance.
