I had an initial chat with HR over the phone, and then there was one onsite interview. The HR phone interview involved going through some basic questions about my background. The onsite interview itself was quite relaxed and conversational. We talked about my experience in the industry, my career aspirations, and my hobbies.

So, the application process had 3 interviews in total. The first two were with HR folks and the last one was with the department manager. The first two interviews were mostly about my schooling and any experiences I had, and just seeing if I was interested in the job. The last interview was more about the actual role and what they expected from me.

Applied online and got called for an onsite interview with an HR person and a manager. The HR person was super nice and the interview with her was great. The manager, however, barely looked at me and seemed totally uninterested most of the time.
