The interview process involves an initial chat with HR, followed by a meeting with the director. If you're working with the local team, expect the interview to be mostly in Cantonese. For the regional team, it'll be conducted in English.
- What's your approach to resolving errors?

I applied in October and got contacted by my department's career services. About a week after applying, I had an all-day interview. It was made up of four 40-minute interviews. Two were with on-site recruiters, and two were with higher-up managers via Skype. The company feels like a fun and dedicated place to work. People say it's a good place to begin a career because Starcom offers the best training in the industry. The hiring process is slow though. After you're considered for hire, it can take months to get an offer.
- Choose a brand and tell me who you think its main audience would be.

First there was a quick phone interview, then they invited me for an initial face-to-face screening with an HR representative. Once I passed that, I was interviewed by the Media Director of the team I would be working for. If I passed that, I was invited one last time for contract signing.
- How would you approach advertising a product using digital channels?
