Ecommerce Analyst
The interview process included an HR interview, followed by a hiring manager interview, then a director interview. After that, there was a case study, and it concluded with a panel interview. The interviews were of moderate length, and the interviewers were decent in their questioning.
- SQL query writing and optimization
- Case study focused on E-commerce site and its optimization techniques
Copy and Print Specialist
The interview was very informal, conducted while standing around in the store. It seemed the main evaluation tool was a trick question. I was told the interview went great and I would definitely get a call at the end of the week. I never did.
- What would you ask a customer who wants photocopies?
Copy Center Associate
There were three rounds of interviews, and I spoke with three different managers. Each interview was a one-on-one meeting with each level of management that is present in the store. They asked very standard questions, all of which were from a company interviewing process booklet.
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a conflict.
Sales Associate
The interview included a behavioral question about designing your ideal job. We also discussed what type of supervisor brings out your best work, your feelings about your current supervisor, how you organize your time, and three aspects you enjoy about your present role.
- Can you tell me about your current supervisor?
- If you could design the perfect job for yourself, what would you do?
- What kind of supervisor gets the best work out of you?
