It started with some online aptitude tests. Then, a video interview where they asked about 7 questions. Finally, a 1-hour interview, either online or in person. The team was really nice, both the recruiters and the engineers who interviewed me. The interview wasn't super technical; it was more like a chat about what I'd done before.

Got contacted by a senior manager who set up the interview. I was interviewed by 3 senior managers including the buildings lead (4 total). The interview questions were typical for a senior level position with significant focus on managerial and soft skills. After the interview I followed up with emails and written thank you cards. Two of the panel members responded and thanked me for the emails and cards. I was ignored by the hiring manager. Eventually, I didn't hear back from anyone. No offer was made, no follow up to say I didn't get the job, and no debrief on how I could do better. I was basically ghosted.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you tell me about a situation where you had to demonstrate ethical conduct?
