Started with an online application, then a gamified test with arctic shores (balancing, impossible lock, and facial expression recognition tests). After that, there was a one-way video interview where they asked basic HR questions about values, why stantec, why this role, and when I'd been challenged. The final stage was an in-person interview with some technical questions, but mostly HR questions, asking for about 10 examples of when I delegated, succeeded, or used emotional intelligence.

After that, there was an hour-long panel interview with several members from the Projects/Process teams. The entire hiring journey from start to finish, including the offer, took about three weeks.
