Applied in September 2025 and after that completed some online assessments, then had an online video interview, and finally a face to face interview in March 2026. The whole process was organised and simple to follow. The interview itself was typical to this type of application; with a focus on existing knowledge of the company, some technical questions to test understanding and behavioral questions to test compatibility to the position. The interviewers were very welcoming and the whole process was overall very good.

It was a 5-step process. First, an online application, then some aptitude tests. After that, an online video interview, followed by a face-to-face meeting, and finally the contract. I've only completed the first two steps so far. The second step involved the Arctic Shores Assessment, which required playing five different games.
