after i sent in my application, i had a video call interview, a review of my current portfolio, and then had conversations with multiple members of the current team. the interview was scheduled for 1 week later, but then i didn't hear back for another month. when i finally did, i was told the role was given to another applicant.

I submitted my application online through Stantec's job portal and heard back within a couple of weeks. The interview was held virtually over Teams with two Project Managers who are also Architects. I had to present my portfolio and discuss some of my past projects during the interview.
