We went in a room with two of the partners and the human resource person they asked several questions to help determine your personality and whether or not you were a good fit for a close knit firm.

The interview was in person and involved many questions about my motivation for choosing family law and my past experience. They also asked personal questions to gauge my personality and how I handle challenging circumstances. Additionally, we discussed my comfort level regarding working with supervisors and meeting billable hour targets.
