It was pretty straightforward. First, I had a phone screen, then a virtual interview for the role. The interviewers were friendly, and the questions were about my interests and past experience. I got an offer soon after.

I had two zoom interviews with recruiting, and the questions were the same in both. They offered me the senior paralegal position in the second interview. The managing partner decided the pay and start date.

The initial process to interview was simple. They saw my resume online and called me for an interview. I set up the interview which was a video one. I dressed formally and once the interview started, the interviewer was very off putting. She was rude, and seemed like she could be doing better things and that I was wasting her time. I was professional but she was very unwelcoming. She did not introduce herself, offer any type of introduction or how the process was going to work. She said hello and started with her questions. She looked like she was annoyed to be interviewing me from the moment the interview started. This person also seemed to not have even read my resume before the interview as she asked me questions that had nothing to do with my previous work and questions that did not apply to me. Honestly worst interview I have ever had. Very off putting and would not want to work here if everyone is like her.

You'll have two rounds of interviews this week, with some typical questions. It's an intense process that moves you forward quickly. They'll call you directly and set up interviews right away. You should hear back in about one to two weeks.
