Pharmacy Compliance Analyst
I interviewed remotely on 1/6. I was told I'd hear back in two weeks, but on 1/21, the HM just gave me a vague update saying they were still considering candidates, with no new timeline. They've ignored me since, and the recruiter has too, even after I reached out to the talent team to find their contact. It's really disappointing how dismissive the hiring team is and that they think ghosting is okay.

Contingent Workforce Manager
Submitted resume 1) zoom interview with recruiter 2) zoom interview with direct manager 3) zoom interview panel style with 4 decision-makers as the final 4) waited for offer and recruiter said they would get back to me in 3 days, waited 5, followed up twice - got an auto-generated email of a decline 8 days later.

Clinical Manager
A recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn about a manager opening. I did an initial phone chat with them a few days later. They were super helpful and answered tons of questions. Then, about a week later, I talked to someone from the clinical management team. The whole thing had 3 rounds. Everyone I met was really nice, easy to talk to, and knew their stuff. I got an offer about two weeks after that. Honestly, I was a bit nervous about getting it since it's Stanford, which I think is top-notch. Getting the offer after two weeks was awesome. It was a bit stressful but also one of the smoothest interview rides I've had. I was really impressed with how professional and quick they were throughout the whole process.

Studio Coordinator
Quick interview process at first. I got a cold call from the hiring manager and had 2 rounds of interviews in a week. But then I heard nothing for weeks until I got an automated email saying the job has been filled. I didn't love that they were so responsive at first and then once I went through 3 interviews basically got ghosted. Had the first phone call on Sept. 11, the first interview Sept 19th, the second interview sept. 26th and then did not get an automated email until Oct. 26th. I don't care that I did not got the job but I would have appreciated a personal email from the hiring manager since I was in so much contact with her. The interview itself was very professional but not super personal. Very generic interview questions.
- Can you describe a time when you encountered a specific situation and explain how you managed it?
