Risk Manager
The process was good and moved quickly. I was kept in the loop the whole time and all my questions got answered. I talked to a few different people and got a good feel for the job and the company. Most of the interviews were online, but the last one was in person at the office.
- Can you tell me about your competencies?
Senior Manager
Went through two interviews. The first one involved a presentation and was with two heads of departments. It was a pretty relaxed chat, covering my CV, background, and asking for examples. I gave a 10-minute presentation that was also quite informal. The second interview was with the Director of the department, which was also conversational and focused on my background and skills.
- Relate your skills and background to the advertised role.
Manager
This was a first-round interview with behavioural and competency questions. Examples include 'tell me about a time when' and 'how would you approach setting up XYZ'. The interviewers tried their best to make me feel at ease.
- Describe your approach to managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
