I started with an online application that asked some motivation questions and for my CV. Then I had a 1-hour Teams interview with HR, which was really friendly and positive. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre, which had a group task, an interview, and a case study.

Behavioral

It was a straightforward competency-based interview, focusing on my CV. They wanted to understand different parts of the business, it wasn't very technical. It felt more like a conversation than a one-way street. The goal was to see how I'd understand how different business parts work to ensure managing assets, even in other countries, is smooth. Also wanted to understand clients.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was very straightforward and overall a pleasant experience. I had one interview with the hiring manager and received feedback the very next day, which I really appreciated. The conversation felt more like chatting with future colleagues rather than a formal interview, which helped me feel comfortable and reduced any nervousness. I also valued the platform provided to ask questions and share my thoughts, as it made the entire process smooth, engaging, and supportive.

I applied online and got an email to book the first interview. It was with someone from Talent Acquisition. The questions were pretty standard, but they couldn't answer much about social media. I waited two weeks for feedback, even though they said I'd hear back by the end of the week. Then, about two weeks later, I got an email saying I moved to the next stage. Because it was close to the holidays, they said I'd get details on Dec 29th. That date passed, and still nothing. I checked the portal and it said I was unsuccessful, which was confusing. I emailed the talent partner mentioned, but got no response. It's frustrating when HR teams ignore candidates, especially when they say to reach out with questions. I wouldn't recommend this recruitment process.
