It was a panel interview with five interviewers. They asked questions that built on my previous answers. The overall vibe was friendly and encouraging. They seemed to care more about personality than technical skills. We started with an online application. Then you get an email about doing some aptitude tests (about 4 of them): numerical, personality, logical, and situational/judgemental. You do them one after another and get instant feedback on whether you passed. You have to pass each one to move on. Next, you'll get an email to do a video interview. It's about 30 minutes long and has 9 to 11 questions. You get 30 seconds to prep for each question and 1.30 minutes to respond, which will be recorded.
