Behavioral Technical

It started with a values based assessment that I had to finish within 48 hours. After that, there were three rounds of interviews. The interviews were interactive and engaging, and I felt like I got to know the people I was meeting. The HR team kept me in the loop at every stage, making the whole process really smooth.

Technical Behavioral

I had a 1-hour interview with one technical interviewer. It was a monotonous conversation because the interviewer only asked questions and never gave any feedback on my answers, which was different from my own interviewing experience or my past experience with this company. The feedback I got was that my answers were too general, but the interviewer never pointed out specific topics where they wanted more detail or challenged any of my opinions. It's hard to answer for an hour straight and then be told the answers were too general. I recommend having at least two interviewers in the future, not just one.

Behavioral Presentation

The recruiter, who seemed to be located remotely, took about three weeks to schedule an interview after several email exchanges, with a lot of miscommunication. On the interview day, the interviewer was 15 minutes late and appeared tired. The interview ended abruptly because the interviewer had another meeting. I felt I didn't have enough time to present myself well because the interviewer spent 30 minutes explaining the role. Overall, the experience could have been better, especially for a Director position.
