Graduate Program
The interview process involves 4 stages. The first stage is a psychometric test with 3 parts. Then there's an HR interview where they'll ask about your personality, career goals, and strengths/weaknesses. Stage 3 is another psychometric test, this time in person, to see how you think. Finally, stage 4 is the assessment centre.
- What are your career aspirations?
- Could you share your strengths and weaknesses?
- Tell us about your personality.
Graduate Trainee
So there were 3 interviews in total. First, a Panel Interview with some mid-level managers. This was the hardest part, they really grilled you on the company's values and how you'd fit in. Standard stuff like 'tell me about yourself', 'why here', and 'where do you wanna work' were asked. You really need to sell yourself here cause it's a major cut-off point. Second, a One-on-One with a C-Level person. Research is super important for this one! Like, research everything about the interviewer on LinkedIn, articles, Twitter, whatever. Have lots of questions ready for them about the business. Third, a One-on-One with HR. This was the easiest, like a joke, no one really fails this one.
- Why Stanbic and what are its values, plus how do you align with them?
