So it was a 2 stage interview process. The first one was with 3 panelists, and the last one was a 1 on 1 session. I honestly found the last one more challenging than the first one. I made it to the background check stage, but then things fizzled out and I got a declined in the end.

It was a great interview experience. I had to present a case study I was given to the panel. They asked questions about my thought process when solving the case. Then, they asked some technical questions related to the role, followed by formal questions and asked if I had any questions. The main goal is to understand your thinking patterns and your ability to think on your feet. It was a great experience, I felt comfortable. The key is to just relax and keep the conversation flowing – don't let it be one-sided.
