The interview process was enlightening and well coordinated. We started with a written test supervised at their headquarters. Two days later a few of us were called back for an interview presenting ourselves in front of panel of three. Two days after this, three of us met for a one on one with the CFO

First you do this odyssey assessment, and if you pass that you do a video interview. Pass that and you interview with managers. Pass that and you do another assessment, then an assessment center. Then they call you with the decision.

Investment Banking
It was a smooth and straightforward process. It involved an essay and a general interview, where I had to write about myself and the current economic situation. There was also a company-set competency test, which was not difficult and quite simple. Finally, I had an interview with HR members to ensure I was a good fit for the role.
