The interview felt rushed, like they were just checking boxes. It seemed like they already had someone in mind, and I was just there to meet a quota. Some of the interviewers weren't very friendly. Still, it was a learning experience for me.

The whole thing took over a month. First, you do an online application. Then, there's a phone interview, which is the first round and a bit technical. After that, psychometric tests, which involved playing cards. The most intense part was the assessment day at the Global Leadership Center in Sandton. We had a cocktail meet and greet, and the next day were the assessments: a group assessment, a group presentation, an individual presentation, and interviews. Finally, an offer.
